Hiking In My First Central Ohio Park

Winterberries

Winterberries

I wish I could've found red berries, like winterberries in New England, for contrast.

Battelle Darby Creek is part of the Franklin County Metro Parks system, one of 20 surrounding Columbus. It boasts over 27,500 acres of land and water and extends over seven counties in Central Ohio. (This park is known for its herd of bison. But they were currently in their winter pasture.)

And I will be exploring them all!

All the Best,

Lane
